Falconry Display

Falconry originates with the ancient practice of using raptors (birds of prey) for hunting, but nowadays the emphasis is on training birds for flying display purposes rather than hunting. The art of falconry dates back some 3000 years, and falconry has been practiced in Britain uninterrupted for more than 1200 years.
